Damaged and Issues

Please inspect your purchase immediately on delivery and contact us immediately on info@beeora.co.nz if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the incorrect item.

If your return is accepted, we will evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate outcome. 

Returns

Please contact us at info@beeora.co.nz if you have any concerns about your purchased item. Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items or on honey that has been opened. We also do not accept returns of items due to delays in delivery as this is an event over which we have limited or no control. 

Refunds

We will contact you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved we will either arrange for the delivery of your original purchase or organise a refund on your original payment method.
